This refund policy relates to your purchase of MobiEspion. Please read it carefully before finishing your order as it sets out your rights in relation to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement that your order is governed by this policy.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of the software and services, you can get your money back upon the terms and conditions listed below. However, getting and accepting professional help from our technical experts will eliminate any reasons you may have for a refund in most cases.
You may be entitled to a full refund within 10 days following the day of your purchase provided your reasons don’t contradict with the Refund Policy conditions.
- No refund will be available after the 10-day refund period is over.
- The refund may apply only to your very first MobiEspion subscription. No refund will be given if you purchase a MobiEspion subscription at a later time.
- No refund will be available if you own more than one subscription.
- If you purchase the software at a discounted price, no refund will be applicable.
- If an upgrade of the MobiEspion software is required and you refuse to install the upgrade, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- We do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. If we offer to fix your issue by offering you technical support and you refuse this support, a refund will not be granted.
No refund will be issued in the following cases when the conditions are not in our control:
- There is no internet connection on the target phone due to any reason like a faulty device, unavailability of data services or non-payment of mobile phone bills.
- If the target user changes their service provider and it affects the functionality of MobiEspion in any way.
- If the target user updated or changes their mobile’s operating system.
- If the target user restores their phone to factory settings or performs a flash format.
- If the customer does not have full access to the target device. We have outlines in our terms and conditions that full access is required to the target phone in order for MobiEspion to operate properly.
- A customer is either unable or unwilling to jailbreak their device.
Any refunds must be claimed by sending an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds claimed via any other mode will not be given any consideration. If your refund application fulfills all the conditions of our refund policy, your money will be refunded within 20 days of submission of application on the above mentioned email address.
